Current situation
High-efficiency and green commercial gas range is now the priority of the food and beverage industry. Compared to traditional blast gas kitchen range, the new range can produce flame temperature of over 1100º C and save over 50% of fuel.An economic formula for food and beverage operators: Using the consumption of liquid gas at the same heat level as reference, an average kitchen range consumes 4.5-5.2 kg/h while a high-efficiency range only consumes 1.8-2.2 kg/h.Some data suggests that the food and beverage industry does not even make 6% profit on average, with fuel cost alone taking up 5% of revenue. Saving 50% on fuel cost using the new energy-saving kitchen range the industry’s profit will rise by 2%.
